Please use the on line menu as a guide to order food for your event
To order food please complete an Events Office Food Service Request found in the Secure Faculty/Staff login
or call the Events Office at 810-232-9636 or extension 29636
We will gladly design a custom menu for your needs or you may alter any menu. Please inquire as to different menus
and preparation methods.
Many items require a minimum number of guests, please consider this when placing your order.


Cleanup Time



Due to health department regulations all prepared catered food items must be removed 2 hours after delivery.
If you wish to keep leftovers please remove them from all equipment prior to the 2 hour cleanup time on your
request.
Please do not remove food service equipment, platters etc. from the room specified on your request.
Notice





2 full business days’ notice is required for all events.
Expedited service for requests made with less than the required notice may be available with an upcharge of 20%.
Final guest counts must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event. Added guests will be accommodated via a 20%
expedited service upcharge.
All expedited service menus will be chef’s choice and subject to inventory on hand.
48 hour notice is required for event cancellation, otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged for prepared items.
