It was a pleasure working with both Kaur Laansalu and Alvar Toode of HML Project Management, on our previous & ongoing construction projects at
The von Stackelberg Hotel.
2014 brought the successful completion on time, of ‘The Courtyard’ pavement & utility reconstruction at our 19th Century City Estate Hotel.
Kaur as Project Manager/Client Representative managed this project to a close within budget, and was excellent in looking at ways in which we could
save money, while keeping in mind the comfort of our guests and elegance of our hotel.
This year we are very happy for HML, in particular Alvar Toode working as Owner Supervisor/Client Representative, to be involved with the brandnew extension of our hotel to facilitate an office complex and additional 9 delux rooms.
Both Kaur and Alvar were instrumental in keeping me informed throughout these projects, their attention to detail and ability to communicate
effectively, and desire to assist in any way is a breath of fresh air.
We wish them both and the team at HML continued success!
