How to make Dalek cupcakes
You will need
1 x chocolae muffin
1 x fairy cake sized
sponge cake

Mini Marshmallows
Chocolate matchsticks
A sharp knife
Take the muffin and cut the
rounded top off and put this to
one side.

Take the wrapping off the
bottom of your muffin and
place it upside down.
A flat knife for spreading
buttercream

Step 3
Cut the round top off the
fairy cake. Using the flat
knife spread your chocolate
buttercream on the muffin.
Then stick fairy cake upside
down on top of muffin to
create a tower.
Step 6
Using chocolate buttercream
again, stick the mini
chocolate marshmallow
teacake on top for the head.
Your Dalek body is now
complete.
Step 9
Take three cocktail sticks and
wrap them in silver tin foil.
Keep it tight and cut off any
stray foil on the ends of the
stick.

Step 4
Using the flat knife, cover
the cake tower in
buttercream so everything is
stuck together and there no
cake is showing.
Step 7
Take the silver balls and
place four in a vertical line,
about half a centimetre apart
on the cake section of the
Dalek.
Step 10
Put one silver cocktail stick
into the body for the left arm.
Step 5
Take your giant chocolate
buttons and stack three on top
of the covered cake using
chocolate buttercream to stick
them together.
Step 8
Do this around the whole cake
body, leaving about a centimetre
between each line of silver balls.
Step 11
Stick a chocolate chip on to the
end of your next cocktail stick
using chocolate buttercream.
This forms the right arm. Stick it
into the cake.

Step 12
Cut a white mini marshmallow
in half, pop it on the end of
your last cocktail stick.
Next add a chocolate chip,
then a silver ball to the end.
Stick this into the front of the
head to make the eye-stalk.

Step 13
Take two clear jelly sweets
OR cut two bits of a chocolate matchstick to size, stick
them on top either side of
the head to act as the lights.
Your Dalek cupcake is now
complete!
