The program is offered each semester and prepayment is required. This year we are offering Romeo’s Subs on Tuesdays and Romeo’s Pizza on Fridays. Prepaid o
rders must be made between Jan. 4 ‐ 13 via the Lower School Online Payment System. Please note that this represents a 12‐day purchasing window. No late payments can be accepted. You may use your credit and/or debit card for the transactions. We cannot take credit card payments at our office, as this is only available over the Internet. Parents must first create an account. If you have already used EZPay in previous years at Lawrence, your account is still active. If you forgot your password, use the “forgot password” link. Below is your child’s name & student ID number you will need as part of the on‐line registration. No personal information about your student is available online. The school does not keep your credit card information on file and you will need to re‐enter your credit card number each time you use the online system. You can access the online payment website by going to the Lawrence School’s EZPay website at www.spsezpaylawrenceschool.com . A link is also available on the Lawrence School website under the “Community” Tab where it says “Parent’s Forms & Links.” If you haven’t already created an account, complete the registration page using your child’s name and ID number ( listed below ). Once you have registered and created a password you will not need the student ID number again. You will use your email address and your password to login. Please be sure to allow SPS EZPay into your email otherwise it will be considered spam and will go into your junk email. Name of Student: ID: Once logged in to EZPay, click on the “Activity Fees” tab, and then find the “Lower School Miscellaneous” category . Click the item you would like to orde r, change the quantity to reflect how many of each item you want, add it to your basket and follow the EZPay steps to complete the order. Once you have completed the order, you will rece ive a confirmation email. Please save this in your email. This will serve as proof of payment if there should be a problem. Questions may be directed to Mrs. Konet or to SPS EZPay by phone 1‐866‐MyEZpay (866) 693‐9729). Payments made online will be credited by the end of the next business day. There is a no convenience charge to use this system. We hope this will make payments easy and convenient.
