IS THERE A HEIGHT, WEIGHT OR AGE RESTRICTION?
Participants must weigh at least 70 pounds and less than 275
pounds. The ziplines are available for ages 7 to adult. We suggest that
participants are a minimum of 4’ tall and a maximum of 6’6” for the
ropes courses and zip lines and that participants have the ability to
utilize the safety equipment independently.
CAN PREGNANT WOMEN PARTICIPATE IN THE GIANT DUAL
ZIPLINES
This activity is not recommended for women who are pregnant. If they
choose to participate, it is recommended that they consult their doctor
prior to their visit. If we are unable to properly the harness, we cannot
allow participation.
ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED?
Reservations are recommended for the Adventure Course, Ziplines
and Segway Tours. Groups of 15 or more need to make advance
reservations in order to receive group pricing.
WHAT ARE THE TICKET PRICES?

at Pknpk.com. Please note, there is no charge for visitors who come
to the Park to watch their friends & family participate from the ground.
Visitors may purchase chairlift ride tickets for $5 each.
DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
Although walk-ins are accepted, reservations are encouraged to
guarantee we can accommodate your party.
WHAT CLOTHING SHOULD I WEAR?
For the tour, you should wear sturdy, close-toed shoes, comfortable
pants, leggings or shorts. No skirts, dresses, scarves, necklaces, hoop
earrings or anything that may be snagged. Secure long hair in a low
ponytail. You MUST wear closed toe shoes. Sneakers or hiking shoes
are recommended. Flip flops and sandals are not appropriate and will
not be allowed. Valuables such as cell phones, cameras, keys, wallets
should be left at the resort or in your car.
HOW SAFE ARE THE ZIPLINES?
At Peek’n Peak Resort, safety is our first priority. Our course was built
to exceed ACCT standards, the organization that creates the principles
for construction and operation of our zip line tours. Our guides are
professionally trained and our equipment is of the highest quality. The
course and equipment are inspected daily.
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED?
A harness and gloves are provided with your admission ticket.
ARE PRIVATE OR GROUP LESSONS AVAILABLE?
All participants will be provided adequate training, so lessons are not
required. If desired, arrangements can be made to hire a guide. If
interested, please call ahead to make sure that one is available.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER?
Zipline tours are rarely canceled due to weather. Rain, snow, cold and
heat create unique adventure experiences. The course will be closed
for lightening/thunder storms and excessively high winds. We will
contact you via the contact number you provide to us when booking
if the course is closed due to weather and you will have the option to
reschedule or receive a full refund.
HOW HIGH OFF THE GROUND ARE THE ZIPLINES?
While zip lining, you will be anywhere from 40 to 50 feet off the ground,
reaching speeds of up to 30 - 50 mph.
DO CHILDREN NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT?
Anyone under the age of 18 must have an adult co-sign a Release of
Liability Form.
WHERE DO WE PARK?
Park in the Sugar Shack Parking Lots. You can purchase your Zipline
tickets inside the Sugar Shack. From there you will be assisted and
instructed by one of our trained staff members.
WHAT ELSE IS AVAILABLE ON PREMISES?
The Peak Mountain Adventure Park also includes an Aerial Adventure
Course, Segway Tours, and a miniature golf course. Peek’n Peak Resort
also offers 2 championship golf courses, Serenity Spa by Aveda, indoor
and outdoor pool facilities, fitness facility, sauna, hot tubs, fine dining
in the Royal Court Dining Room and bars and much much more! Winter
activities include skiing, snow-boarding, cross-country skiing and snow
tubing!
