BENEFITTING Henry County Young Professionals AND THE DPA
1. Each team is allocated one 10’ X 10’ outside space. Each team must provide its
own table (required) and shelter (if desired).
2. Half-cup containers, spoons, freezer trucks for ice cream, promotion, picnic
tables, music and trash cans are the responsibility of the DPA.
3. Your booth location will be assigned by the committee on a first come, first serve
basis.
4. No electricity is available.
5. Entry forms must be received by Friday, July 22, 2016.
6. In lieu of tickets, bracelets will be sold for a minimum donation of $10 for adults
and $5 for children less than twelve years of age. Each team is asked to pre-sell
25 bracelets, a $250 commitment.
7. Each team is responsible for bringing 10 gallons of ice cream.
8. Homemade ice cream, sugar-free ice cream and sherbet are encouraged but not
required. Homemade ice cream must NOT be made with raw eggs.
9. Ice cream containers should be labeled with group name for freezer truck storage.
10. Teams should check in at the DPA booth on the east side of the Court House
between 3:00 pm and 3:45 pm.
11. If it rains, all teams will be expected to set up at First United Methodist Christian
Life Center, Downtown.
12. Prizes awarded for the Best Ice Cream, Best Theme and Best of Show.
13. Booth partners do not have to limit themselves to cups of ice cream; floats, cones,
etc. are acceptable. Ice cream booth partners may also hold bake sales, etc., with
all proceeds donated to the beneficiaries.
14. Booth partners are invited to share their approved outreach messages.

1. Entry fee is $10 per car which includes one free ticket/bracelet per car (a $10
value).
2. Additional bracelets may be purchased for a minimum donation of $10 for adults
and $5 for children less than twelve years of age.
3. The East Side (Poplar Street) and North Side (W. Washington Street) will be
blocked off for Antique car parking area only.
4. Voting will be by the public at 25 cents per vote for the "People's Choice Award"
for the best creamy, dreamy car.
5. 50-50 raffle tickets are available for purchase to everyone with a wristband.
