On Friday, N ovember22 , 1963, J ohn F. Kennedy was shot
dow n in the st reets of Dal las, Texas. As soon as t he news of the
mu rde r of t he President of the United States was re leased, TASS,
th e news agency of the Kreml i n , place d t he blame fo r the assassination on the Conservat ives of th is Nati on . It was not long unt i l the new s agenc ies of America began pa rrot ing t he same line.
Then , w ithout ev idence to prove t he se statements, Earl Warren,
t he C hief Just i ce of t he Supreme Court , pl aced the b lame on
Conservati ves w ith t he same dogmatism and bitterness as had the
C o mmun ist N ews Agency earlier . It was not long, however, that
the t ruth ca me o ut. The assassi n of t he President was not a Conservative , but a young "punk" who read i ly admitted that he was

The Communists hove no moral code as a governing principle
of life. There is only one principle that determines right ond
wrong. Anything that promotes the Communist cause is right whether it be murder, lying, rope, or any other immoral oct.
Anything thot hinders Communist growth is wrong ond evil,
therefore must be destroyed. The Communist agent isoperson
without o conscience, except to corry out the orders handed
to him by another Communist who is superior i n ronk.

Lee Harvey Oswald, the a lleged ossossin of the late President, wos o Communist. In its attempt to porolyze the efforts
of Conservatives in this Notion the news med ia that covered
the assassination mode every effort to gloss this over. They
reported that Oswald wos o "self-styled Marxist"; thot he
worked alone, or os on "individual"; that he wos excited to
this infamous deed by the "atmosphere of hate" that was caused
by the right- wing (Conservative) element; thot he was insane,
and acted only os o mod- man, but not os o Communist.
The evidence points in the other direction, ond anyone
who tokes the time to examine it will discover that Oswald
was not incited to hate by Conservatives, nor wos he acting as
a "mod individualist." Oswald wos a Communist, and acted
as one.
Lee Harvey Oswald was born in New Orleans, Louisiana,
October 18, 1939. His father died before he was born. He spent
o port of his boyhood in Fort Worth, Texas, ond in 1953 heond
his mother moved to New York. In 1956, ot the age of 17, he
joined the Morine Corps, ot which time he become on expert
rifleman .
He said that he become interested Marxism when he wos only
15. This interest was created by reading o pamphlet about Julius
and Ethel Rosenberg, the notorious American Communists who
were executed os spies.

THREE YEARS IN RUSSIA..•.
Under false claims he a pplied for, and received a hardship
discha rge from the Marines in September, 1959. Instead of going home, he boarded a ship for the Soviet Union, and arrived'
t here O c tober 15, 1959. There he remained until June 13, 1962,
at which time he a rrived ot the Port of New York, U. S. A. (For
further information pertai ning to the facts about Oswol d's life
see The Don Smoot Report, Dec. 9, 1963) .
After his arrival in Russia he renounced hi s American citizenship, and in a sworn affidavit said: " I affirm that my allegiance
is to the Soviet Socialist Republic . " While in Russia he worked
at a fac tory near Minsk. In April, 1961, he met MorinoNicholoevno Proosokovo, a hospita l worker, and married her six weeks
later in o stole cere mony.
According to the Allen-Scott Report, which appeared in Human
Eve nts, December 21 , 1963, Oswald joined a poro-mi Iitory unit
in Rvssia, apparently to improve his ski ll in rifle firing. Thiswos
brought to light by intelligence sources .
After his return to this country Oswa ld become act ive in the
Fair Ploy For Cuba Commi ttee, whi ch is o Communist organization. while in Dallas he is reported to hove visited only the
homes of liberal intellectuals. The only meeting he is known
to hove atte nded in Doll os was that of the American Civil Liberties Union , which was he ld ot Southern Methodist University,
on the night of October 25, 1963. This organization has become
fomous for defendi ng Communists, Socialists, and left- wingers.
John Abt, whom Oswald requested to defend him, was (and I
suppose sli II is) a member of this organization, ond hos been a
Communist fronte r for years.
Yes, o hole-monger killed the Preside nt. But one who learned his hatred from the Communists. This ma n thought and ac ted
like o Communist, and it shou ld be o surprise to no one that o
Communist killed John F. Kennedy . There is reason to believe
that this murder was port of a conspiracy - o Communist conspiracy to further the goal of Communism.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO PRESERVE FREEDOM?
There is much you can do to preserve American freedon! But
you must begin now! Time is short! What is done to defeat the
Communist conspiracy must be done in the next few months.
1. Join a good Conservative, anti-Communist organization.
There are many in our Nation at the present time that are doing
a good work. I highly recommend to you the John Birch Society.
This organization is made up of dedicated Americans who are
determined to save this Republic from its enemies from without
and within. Also, this organization is the most feared of all
groups by the Communists. It has an effective educational program whereby its members receive the highest type of information about the Conspiracy. Also, it has an action program whereby its members are able, in concerted effort, to put the enemy
on the defensive. If you are interested in the John Birch Society
you c a n obtain information about it by writing to The John Birch

2. Help impeach Earl Warren. This Justice of the Supreme
Court has shown his disqualification for thi s office by his past
ru Ii ngs in favor of the Communist conspiracy, whereby he has
helped to create the situation that makes it almost impossible
to convict Communists, who are dedicated to the overthrow of
our Government. Furthermore, without any evidence for his
case, he prejudged and put the blame for the President's death
on Conservative Americans, rather than on the Communists, where
