IQAir® CleanZone® - The World’s Most Versatile HEPA-Air Cleaning System
The IQAir CleanZone Series is a modular line of powerful HyperHEPA® air cleaning systems for the highefficiency and high-capacity reduction of airborne pollutants in larger indoor environments. The IQAir
CleanZone can be used as a decentralised stand-alone air cleaning system or it can be retro-fitted to be used
in conjunction with central HVAC (heating ventilation and air-conditioning) systems. The CleanZone Series is
due for commercial release in Europe and Asia in spring 2006.
Powerful
The IQAir CleanZone models are able to produce between 1500 m3/h and
2800 m3/h of clean air (depending on filter configuration). This makes the
system powerful enough to provide clean air even to large indoor
environments, spanning several rooms.
High-Efficiency
The IQAir CleanZone’s HyperHEPA® Filter is certified to achieve an actual
particle removal efficiency of ≥ 99.97% for particles at ≥ 0.3 µm. Various
filter classes will be available to optimise the air cleaning effectiveness for
specific applications.
Flexible

mounted. The systems can also be connected to ducted central
forced air ventilation systems. This allows the upgrading of existing
ventilation systems to comply with strict air quality guidelines and
air hygiene laws without having to change the ventilation system
itself.

Modular
The IQAir CleanZone can be configured with an array of special filters to exactly
match the specific air cleaning requirements of the user, including filtration of:
• coarse and fine dust
• ultra fine particulate matter
• microorganisms (e.g. allergens, bacteria, mould spores, viruses)
• chemicals, toxic gases and odour causing compounds (e.g. formaldehyde, VOCs)

The IQAir CleanZone Series contains sophisticated controls that allow the
surveillance of all filter elements, thus tracking the remaining filter life span, taking
actual usage and programmed pollution levels into account. The integrated filter
life indicator LEDs provide a visual signal when the need for filter replacement
arises.

The password-protected control panel allows access to 8 fan speeds and a range of
additional menu features which enable the system to be programmed to match
each project’s individual requirements.
Tough
The CleanZone Series features a tough, yet elegant and lightweight metal housing made of powder-coated galvanised
steel.
