DISCOUNTED COMPANION AIRLINE TICKET PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS OF AUGUST 17, 2013
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Discounted Companion Airline Ticket Program (the “Companion Ticket Program”). Please read
these Terms and Conditions carefully and call Promotions in Travel, LTD. at 1-800-633-3771 if you have any questions about them.

Program rules
1. With the Companion Ticket Program, you (if you have a joint Account, only one of you) may receive one (1) Companion Ticket with the
purchase of a First Ticket each year. The Companion Ticket Program will reset each year on the Anniversary Date for your Account and
your eligibility for any unredeemed Companion Ticket for the prior year will be forfeited.
Example
John Smith and Sally Smith are joint accountholders on a PNC Premier Traveler credit card account that was opened
on May 1, 2014.
From May 1, 2014 through April 30, 2015, either John Smith or Sally Smith may receive one (1) Companion Ticket with
the purchase of a First Ticket. On December 31, 2014, John Smith purchased a First Ticket and a Companion Ticket.
Therefore, John Smith and Sally Smith are no longer eligible for a Companion Ticket until May 1, 2015 (the next
Anniversary Date for their account).
2. The First Ticket and Companion Ticket must be purchased using your Account and must be purchased at the same time. No other form
of payment will be accepted. Tickets must be purchased online at https://companionair.pnc.com or through the Companion Ticket Program
link in Online Banking at pnc.com. All tickets are issued via electronic ticketing and require you to have a valid email address.
3. Unless otherwise provided herein, all purchased tickets (First Ticket and Companion Ticket) are non-refundable, non-endorsable and
non-transferable. Changes or cancellations to purchased tickets, when permitted by the airline, must be made prior to your originally
scheduled flight by calling Promotions in Travel, LTD. or the airline directly. If you fail to use a portion of a ticket without cancelling or
changing your reservation ahead of time, the entire ticket will become void with no refund or residual value. When changes are permitted,
a penalty will typically apply in addition to any fare difference when changing to a more expensive itinerary. Tickets may not be redeemed for
cash. Name changes to tickets are not permitted. The Companion Ticket Program and tickets purchased through the Companion Ticket
Program are void if raffled, sold for cash or other consideration, copied, altered, or prohibited by law.
4. The Companion Ticket Program is valid for travel between all cities in the 48 contiguous United States with a commercial airport into which a participating
airline flies.
5. Travel must be by both passengers traveling together on the same itinerary. You must be one of the traveler’s named on the itinerary.
6. The Companion Ticket Program may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, promotions or special offers, including but not limited to:
upgrades, government fares, tour/travel packages, group, convention/company meetings fares, bereavement, companion fares, senior citizen discounts,
corporate agreements, student fares, child fares, travel industry discounts, internet fares, frequent flyer programs or any unpublished programs. Code
share flights do not apply.
7. Taxes, airport fees and passenger facility charges and the September 11th security fee are additional and will be applied to both the First Ticket and
Companion Ticket.
8. You may purchase tickets within six (6) months of your expected date of travel, but tickets must be purchased at least 14 days in advance. Airlines may
require a Saturday night stay. Roundtrip travel must be completed within 30 days. Stopovers, open tickets, open returns, open jaws, same day travel and
circle trips are not permitted.
9. Airline participation in the Companion Ticket Program varies from market to market and is at the sole discretion of Promotions in Travel, LTD.
10.Airline fares change constantly. Internet fare specials will not apply to the Companion Ticket Program. The Companion Ticket Program is subject to
individual airline availability and fares for certain flights or dates. Service to/from some cities may not be available.
11.Airline schedules, terms, points of service and fares are subject to change without notice.
12.These Terms and Conditions cannot be modified or waived unless authorized in writing by a corporate officer of Promotions in Travel, LTD. Promotions in
Travel, LTD. is the final authority on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
13.No refunds shall be provided for any unredeemed Companion Ticket(s). The Companion Ticket Program has no cash value. All federal, state, and local
laws apply.
14.Promotions in Travel, LTD. assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this Companion Ticket Program by
any distributor and/or their agents, other than those included in these Terms and Conditions.
15.Promotions in Travel, LTD.’s agents, assignees and designees, act only as agents for the airlines and do not, and will not assume any liability or
responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, loss, injury, accidental death or damage to any persons or property whatsoever on any aircraft or in
transit to and from said aircraft, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations, nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, war, acts of God, arising
from or in conjunction with services provided.
16.In the event of major travel industry events, which dramatically impact airline fares, Promotions in Travel, LTD. reserves the right to modify or terminate
the Companion Ticket Program without notice.
tickets on the same airline for the same date and time for which you booked your tickets through the Companion Ticket Program for an amount of $1,000,
Promotions in Travel, LTD. will give you the $100 difference ($1,000 - $900) plus $50. Except as noted below, the Low Price Guarantee applies only to the
cost of booked travel, as presented in the Companion Ticket Program search results, without including any taxes and fees. The Low Price Guarantee is not
available for bookings on websites where the carrier booking details are unknown until after purchase. You must meet all requirements imposed on the
lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional and age-related requirements.
4. The Low Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on a U.S.-based website. For example, this does not
include rates offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention,
consolidator or interline prices; prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered
to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. The rate must be
quoted and be able to be booked in US dollars (and without reference to currency converters).
5. All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by Promotions in Travel, LTD. Promotions in Travel, LTD. will only accept screenshots or other
purported evidence of a lower price that can be independently confirmed by Promotions in Travel, LTD. personnel. Nor will Promotions in Travel, LTD.
verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Verified requests will
receive a credit for the difference plus $50.00 within approximately 7-10 days of verification. Limit: one (1) $50 credit per entire booking.
6. Promotions in Travel, LTD. reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Low Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any
person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine
your eligibility under the Low Price Guarantee. No change in the Low Price Guarantee will affect any credit that has already been issued to you. The
failure by Promotions in Travel, LTD. to enforce any provision of the terms and conditions for the Low Price Guarantee shall not constitute a waiver of that
provision.
Other important information
1. Promotions in Travel, LTD. reserves the right to alter, change and/or terminate these Terms and Conditions and to alter, change and/or terminate the
Companion Ticket Program upon written (including electronic) notice to you. Your rights to any unredeemed Companion Ticket(s) may be forfeited. In
addition, Promotions in Travel, LTD. reserves the right to immediately disqualify you from the Companion Ticket Program if you have violated these
Terms and Conditions or if you have, in Promotions in Travel LTD.’s determination, misused the Companion Ticket Program.
2. You are responsible for determining any tax liability resulting from the Companion Ticket Program.
3. Promotions in Travel, LTD. may waive any obligation you have under these Terms and Conditions without losing our rights at a later time to enforce that
same obligation. Promotions in Travel, LTD. will not lose any rights under these Terms and Conditions if it delays taking action for any reason. If Promotions
in Travel, LTD. takes any other action, Promotions in Travel, LTD. will not lose any rights under these Terms and Conditions.
4. PNC Bank’s sole obligation concerning the Companion Ticket Program shall be to validate your right to receive the benefits offered through the
Companion Ticket Program. PNC Bank disclaims liability or responsibility for Promotions in Travel, LTD.’s failure to fulfill or honor your request under the
Companion Ticket Program.
5. You hereby release and hold Promotions in Travel, LTD., PNC Bank and all other parties associated with the Companion Ticket Program harmless from
any claim, liability or damage relating to the Companion Ticket Program.
17.By booking travel through Promotions in Travel, LTD., the traveler consents to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The recipient signifies further
agreement to these Terms and Conditions by submission of final payment to Promotions in Travel, LTD.
18.For issues with booking your travel or for questions about the Companion Ticket Program, call 1-800-633-3771. Call center hours of operation:
Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
19.In order to be eligible for the Companion Ticket Program, your Account must be in “good standing.” This means your Account must be open, and not
deemed by PNC Bank to be 30 or more days delinquent.
Low Price Guarantee
1. In the unlikely event that you find a lower rate on another U.S.-based website within 24 hours of booking your travel through the Companion Ticket
Program, Promotions in Travel, LTD. will credit your Account the difference plus fifty dollars ($50.00). To qualify for a credit, the difference in airfares must
be more than five dollars ($5.00).
2. In order to make a claim under the Low Price Guarantee, you must contact us at 1-800-633-3771 (between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central
Standard Time, Monday through Friday) within twenty-four (24) hours after you booked your travel through the Companion Ticket Program. The lower
rate must be available for booking at the time you contact Promotions in Travel, LTD., as determined by Promotions in Travel, LTD. customer service
representatives.
3. The Low Price Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches - specific carrier, applicable refund policy, and the exact same dates and times of
travel or service as booked through the Companion Ticket Program. For example, if you find a total base fare (excluding taxes and fees) of $900 for two
