Bridal Suite and Groom’s Lounge available for
getting dressed.
Couples are responsible for obtaining an Alabama Marriage
License prior to their wedding ceremony in Alabama. Marriage
Licenses are issued in each Alabama County by the Probate
Court and are valid for 30 days.
Mobile County Probate Court Marriage License Information
Marriage Licenses are issued Monday through Friday between
the hours of 8:00 am and 4:45 pm. The Marriage License Office is
located on the first floor of the Mobile County Government
Center Annex at 151 Government Street. The cost of the license is
$74.00 payable by Cash, Money Order, or Bank Cashier’s Check.
