Saints Francis and Clare of Assisi Used
iPad Sale
Saints Francis and Clare will be selling an allotment of our iPads
that have been used in our 1:1 program over the last few years. If you are interested in
purchasing an iPad, please fill out this form and return it to the main office or email it to
[email protected] no later than May 12th, 2017. You will receive a notification of your
order status and money due to the email supplied on this form. All payments will be
due prior to pick up of the iPad or May 31st at the latest.
We will be selling the following model for $50:
iPad 2 (Wifi) Model: A1395 with charger
16 GB Black
9.7 inch screen
30-pin connector
Priority will be given in the following order, limit one per family unless multiple
children qualify under the following ranking (Groups 4-7 will happen after the initial sale
is complete):
1. Families who are current participants of the 1:1 iPad program. They will be given
the option of keeping their current iPad as-is. Please note there are a few student
exceptions that will have to turn their current iPad in, and they will be notified prior to
making a purchase.
2. Staff of Saints Francis & Clare
3. Remaining families of Saints Francis & Clare’s School Ministry. The higher grade
will determine the highest priority of this group
4. Families of Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi parish that are not active in the School
Ministry
5. Other Catholic schools of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis
6. Any person from groups 1-4 wishing to purchase additional iPads. Priority listing will
follow the same outline as above
7. General public
All iPads are currently in working condition and sold “as-is”. No warranty or guarantees
are supplied by SSFC. These are used devices and may have minor cosmetic defects.

as outlined within this document are sold “as-is” and do not carry any guarantee or
warranty by SSFC beyond that they are currently in working condition. I also
understand that these iPads are used and may contain some minor cosmetic defects.
Lastly, I agree to pay the appropriate amount that will be communicated to me no later
than May 31st, 2017, or I forfeit my purchase.
