Royal Ontario Museum
This is Canada’s largest museum of world cultures and
natural history located in the heart of downtown. Explore
special exhibitions, permanent galleries of dinosaurs,
ancient Egypt, Canada’s First Peoples, gems & minerals,
and more. It is located along the side of world-class dining,
shopping stores and breathtaking architectural buildings.
Art Gallery of Ontario
This is the Largest Art Gallery in Canada. It offers a variety of
exhibits from across the world by different artists and
performers. It offers educational tours for all ages and
provides the audience with a unique experience of the
artistic world.
Canada’s Wonderland
Canada’s Wonderland offers thrills and family fun with 200
world-class attractions. Experience 69 rides including 16
roller coasters. The highlight would be Leviathan – Canada’s
tallest and fastest roller coaster. A new attraction for
Wonderland in 2014 is Wonder Mountain’s Guardian – an
interactive 4D dark ride.
Ontario Science Centre
With hundreds of engaging unique interactive exhibits the
Ontario Science Centre offers much more in terms of
learning and experiencing nature and science. The Space
Hall is home to Toronto’s only public planetarium. The
OMNIMAX Theatre features a great lineup of IMAX films that
run hourly throughout the day.
Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada
Immerse yourself in a world of 15,000 aquatic animals! The
Aquarium features North America’s longest underwater
viewing tunnel, more than 5.7 million litres of water and has
over 100 interactive opportunities. These including three
touch pools featuring horseshoe crabs, sharks, and rays. This
awe-inspiring new attraction consists of nine carefully
curated galleries. It showcases a cross section of saltwater
and freshwater environments from around the world.
Casa Loma
This is a Former estate of Canadian financier, Sir Henry Pellatt. The
Edwardian Castle is completed with decorated suites, towers, 800foot tunnel and stables. It is opened daily for tours. The gardens are
opened every year from May-October. There is a cafe, a gift shop,
and a parking lot. If you would like to purchase, group packages it
is available. The Castle may be rented for private functions,
meetings, media and film shoots.
Toronto Zoo
Canada’s premier Zoo offers over 5,000 animals and incredible
exhibits, including the award winning 30-acre “African Savanna”,
the “Gorilla Rainforest” (the largest indoor gorilla exhibit in North
America), Great Barrier Reef and the new 10-acre Tundra Trek
exhibit. The Tundra Trek exhibit, a new addition to the Zoo, includes
polar bears and Arctic wolves! This is all free with admission.
CN Tower
The CN Tower is a national icon, engineering wonder and
something you must see Toronto! It is 553m/1,815ft and an awardwinning dining and entertainment destination. It provides a
spectacular view of Toronto with its world-famous Glass Floor, Sky
Pod and glass fronted elevators with glass floor panels. The awardwinning 360 Restaurant (elevation complimentary with entrée) is
located inside the tower. There is also a 3D theatre, ride, stores and
the thrilling EdgeWalk. EdgeWalk is world’s highest ‘hands-free’ walk
and is located 356m/1168ft (116 stories) above ground. The CN
Tower welcomes groups, corporate parties, associations and more
groups to join the fun!
Hockey Hall of Fame
Experience the game that defines Canada and a sport that has
been adopted by over seventy countries. Spread across 60,000
square feet, the Hall of Fame offers something for everyone. This
includes the finest collection of hockey artifacts at all levels of play
from around the world, the state-of-the-art games that challenge
shooting and goalkeeping skills and the themed exhibits dedicated
to the game’s greatest players, teams and achievements.
