It was moved by A. Koné and seconded by V. Muñiz-Fraticelli that the Agenda be approved with
the following additions under Varia Austerity Measures and Model UN.

It was moved by C. Woolrich and seconded by F. Nunes that the Minutes of the 321 st regular
Board meeting be approved.
Motion carried.

A) Toucan Ridge Ecology & Education Society, Ecorana Environmental Ltd
It was moved by C. Woolrich and seconded by A. Koné that based on the
recommendation of Academic Council, the Board of Directors of Vanier College
approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Toucan Ridge Ecology
Education Society, Ecorana Environmental Ltd and Vanier College to promote
their mutual interest in developing programs and other activities. The agreement
will remain valid for three years and will automatically be extended for another
three years unless termination is requested by one of the Parties in the form of a
written notice six months before expiry.
