Your personal wedding consultant will help you style your dream wedding. Our wonderful, experienced and professional staff work hard to help you achieve your perfect wedding celebration. Ceremonies cost $350 when held in conjunction with a reception. Prices valid until 30.06.14 wedding Celebrations Entertainment Tuck’s Ridge entertainment: o Tuck’s Ridge Vineyard Cafe has a stereo system allowing guests their personal choice of music. If you wish to bring your own CD’s or MP3 player we are happy to connect it to our system. o Live performance of acoustic music is also permitted. Decorations o Other than linen and serviettes on tables, you have the flexibility to decorate your special occasion to your discretion. There are many fine local wedding services we can recommend. o No banners, sign or posters may be attached to the walls, ceilings or windows without prior arrangement with management. o No confetti, streamers, rice or rose petals may be thrown in or around the premises. This is subject to a $200 cleaning fee. Security and Conduct o Tuck’s Ridge follows the National Alcohol Beverage Industries Council guidelines on the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Our staffs are instructed not to serve alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years or to guests in a state of intoxication. The right to discontinue liquor service is reserved by Tuck’s Ridge Café. o Smoking is not permitted inside the building but is permitted outside. Prices valid until 30.06.14 wedding Celebrations o The client will be responsible for any damage sustained to Tuck’s Ridge Vineyard Café property and/or fittings during an event and will be charged for any repairs, labour or replacement, as deemed necessary by management. o General and normal cleaning is included in the cost of events. The client may incur additional charges in the instance where any event has created cleaning requirements that are considered, in the opinion of management, over and above the normal cleaning. Children o Children are more than welcome to attend. Children’s menus are available and a selection is to be made prior to the event. All prices include soft drinks and juice. o A two course menu is available (main and dessert) at the cost of $50.00 per child including soft drinks and juice. Deposit and Booking o We will hold your booking for a period of 7 days, after which time if the booking confirmation form and deposit has not been received the booking will automatically be released. o A booking will be confirmed on receipt of $1000. o When paying a deposit by faxing the booking confirmation form, a photocopy of the back and front of the credit card you are using and your driver’s license must also be supplied, otherwise payment must be made in person or by direct debit. Prices valid until 30.06.14 wedding Celebrations o Once this deposit is paid, the specified area is booked for your use only and all other potential clients are turned away. o If a change of date is required Tuck’s Ridge Vineyard Café will attempt to roll over the booking date, subject to availability. If a confirmation deposit had been received it will be transferred to the new date. However, if the date change is requested within 120 days of the event, then the change will be treated as a cancellation. o A public holiday surcharge of $1000 is applicable for any event held on a declared public holiday. Booking Cancellations o Tuck’s Ridge reserves the right to cancel your reservation if a deposit of $1000 is not received within 7 days of placing your reservation. o In the event of a cancellation of a booking, the deposit is neither refundable nor transferable within 180 days of the event date. o Over 180 days notice the cancellation fee will be $500. o Should a booking be cancelled with less than 30 days notification before the event, 25% of the minimum spend requirement will be payable in full. o All cancellations are to be advised in writing to the manager of Tuck’s Ridge Cafe. o In the event that the venue cannot be made available to the client on the date(s) for which it has been booked by reason of fire, flood, damage, industrial dispute, or any other reason, the management of Tuck’s Ridge Cafe shall not be liable for any loss damage or injury whatsoever suffered by the client as the result of the unavailability of the venue. Prices valid until 30.06.14 wedding Celebrations Final Attendances, Details and Payment o The guaranteed minimum number of guests attending an event must be advised at least 14 days prior to the event. o The final numbers of guests attending must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event, if these numbers fall below the guaranteed minimum number, charges will be based on the guaranteed minimum number. o For the smooth running of the event the planning of menu and service details are to be made at least 21 days prior to the event. o Full and final payment is required 7 days as cleared funds prior to the date of the event by cash, credit card or cheque. Cheques are acceptable if received 14 days prior to the event. o Any additional charges incurred after pre-payment inclusive of any charges not authorised in the original booking are required to be settled by the clients nominated contact upon the conclusion of the event by cash or credit card.
