Gina Boakes
Gina Boakes studied at Cardiff University
and University College Hospital, London.
She specialised in dietetics within the areas
of gastro-enterology and she also worked
in the field of Oncology. Firstly her work
was London based, she then set up her
services in West Sussex and Surrey in
1996 when she moved to the area.
Gina works in liaison with GPS and
consultants. She advises on healthy eating
and weight management, helping all types
of individuals to gain weight or lose weight,
and works as part of a multi-disciplinary
team offering gastric banding.
Dietary Advice
Gina provides clients with dietary advice
tailored to their own individual needs. She
works towards improving their health and
vitality as soon as possible. She will provide
advice on diets for all stages of life; for
pregnant women, childhood eating
difficulties, childhood and adult
hyperactivity, menopause and for men with
prostate cancer. Gina is qualified to advise
on dietary manipulation for the control of
abdominal symptoms and dysfunctional
bowel symptoms; such as irritable bowel
syndrome, constipation and diarrhoea. In
addition to this Gina advises on gluten free
diets for coeliac disease sufferers and those
suffering with chronic fatigue syndrome.
She helps clients to change their diet to help
them feel better and have more energy.
Gina also offers Food Intolerance Testing.
Food Intolerance or food sensitivity, can result in your body reacting adversely to certain foods.
