REGISTRATION INFORMATION
 All attendees of the 77th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management must have an AOM membership valid through
August 31, 2017 or later.
 Early registration fees only apply to those faxed or mailed registrations received and postmarked by THURSDAY, JUNE 22,
2017; otherwise, the higher, late/onsite registration rates apply. Please contact the office BEFORE the deadline to record any
technical, system-related difficulties with registering. No requests for exceptions will be honored.
 ALL attendees participating in ANY session, event, meeting, social event or workshop, including presenters, AOM
members, invited guests, chairs, discussants, facilitators, and speakers MUST be registered to attend. ALL registration forms
MUST include payment information or they will NOT be processed.
 To receive a refund of your registration fees, THE REGISTERED ATTENDEE must request a cancellation in writing and postmark
or fax the request to: AOM HQ—Attention: Registration by July 20, 2017. No refunds will be issued after July 20, 2017.
