SENIOR DUES INFORMATION
WHAT ARE SENIOR DUES?
To help with the cost of senior year, Senior Dues have been established. Paying your Senior Dues is
just another method of paying for all of your senior year essentials at a lower and discounted price
in a bundle.
HOW WILL I PAY SENIOR DUES?
There are three different payment methods for Senior Dues - Cash, Credit/Debit, and Money Order
(made payable to HHS 2017). Please put the name of the student on the memo line of the Money
Order.
RevTrak is an online payment method that allows us to accept credit and debit payments. You will
be able to pay with your credit or debit card with RevTrak (additional fees will apply through
RevTrak). Mr. Hightower does have a RevTrak card reader in his office, if necessary.

 December 13 (Tuesday of Finals Week)

DO I HAVE TO PAY ALL AT ONCE?
Absolutely not! You have the options of paying all at once, or you may pay in increments during
the five-month pay schedule for Packages A, B, C, or D. However, the trip to Dave & Buster’s must
be paid by October 14, and the trip to Fiesta Texas by January 20.

ATTENTION CLASS OF 2017!
There will be assessed a $25 late fee for each payment that is not submitted by the payment dates listed.
By November 18, ALL Seniors should have paid at least half of their Senior Dues.
Senior Packages must be paid in full by January 20.
Payment Plans are available. See Mr. Hightower or Mr. Castillo for details.
*Senior Activities (Dave & Buster’s and Fiesta Texas): In order to attend, the student must meet the following criteria.
o No major discipline (Suspension or “Long-Term”)
o UIL Eligible (Passing all classes with 70 or above)
o Must have less than 5 absences in any class.
o NOTE: If you do not meet the above criteria at the time of the trip, you will not receive your money back.
Separate Costs: Class rings, senior pictures, Cap & Gown, and invitations may be purchased from Balfour at additional costs. A
representative will come to school to handle this. Dates will be announced later.
