ENTERTAINING GRANDCHILDREN Orange County Zoo, located seven miles from Kirkwood Orange within the 477-acre Irvine Regional Park (1 Irvine Park Road), features primarily animals and plants that are native to the Southwest. This includes black bears, island foxes, ocelots, mountain lions, porcupines and coyotes. For children, there is also a barnyard and designated story times under the oak trees. Kirkwood Orange is only five miles from Disneyland, which is in Anaheim across the Santa Ana River from Orange. The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, who have been one of the most consistently successful Major League Baseball teams of the 21st century, play at Angels Stadium (2000 E. Gene Autry Way, 4.3 miles). The Anaheim Ducks hockey team, which calls the Honda Center home (2695 E. Katella Ave., 2.8 miles), won the Stanley Cup in the 2006-07 season. The Bowers Museum in Santa Ana (2002 N.
