The standard warranty for Receivers and Transmitters
is 2 years. An additional Warranty of 3 years may be
purchased for £80.
This will give a total Warranty period of 5 years from
the date of purchase. This only applies to newly
purchased equipment and to Receivers or Transmitters.
This warranty is not applicable to accessories.

The Roger X receiver is the universal solution for compatible
hearing aids and cochlear implants. It has Autoconnect to
ensure accurate fitting. For personal preference, test box
verification or for cochlear implant association the output
level can also be adjusted via the Roger inspiro transmitter.
These parameters have been independently verified by
external parties and are recommend for optimal
performance.
Please note we recommend the Phonak Roger POP protocol
to be used for test box verification. We cannot guarantee
optimum performance with other procedures, that have not
been verified by Phonak. We also recommend the use of
Verification Mode if any test box verification is to be
performed.

Roger MyLink is a universal receiver that can be used with
any hearing instrument with a T-coil. It is particularly useful
for adults and situations whereby a compliance with
disability access legislation is required, as MyLink is
compatible with most hearing instruments. It is also useful
for the access to work environment as it is a simple device to
use and does not require any further accessories, or specialist
knowledge to operate. We do not generally recommend
MyLink for the education sector due to the limitations of
T-coil technology. However there may be certain
circumstances when MyLink is the only practical alternative.

Roger Dynamic is a simple to use pass around additional
microphone that can be used in all Roger networks. It is
compatible with all Roger based devices. It facilities group
discussions without having to worry about switching buttons to
control the conversation. This helps to promote a natural
conversational environment. It needs little training to operate as
and can be used instinctively in group discussions.

a higher level of water resistance that will make them more
reliable in environments containing high levels of moisture

the hearing aids an there is no need for additional

Roger Focus
A child’s ability to clearly hear the voices of
parents, teachers and other caregivers is a key
component of his or her learning and development.
unilateral hearing loss (UHL). For these kids, paying
attention can be a real challenge, especially when
noise levels increase2.
Take school for example. The capacity of a young
learner to focus on auditory stimuli such as the
teacher’s voice is proven to be the most significant
predictor of educational performance1.
Fortunately one type of technology has been
proven to help. Roger Focus. Wireless microphone
and receiver systems such as Roger Focus cut
through distracting background noise to bring the
speaker’s words directly into a child’s ears. The
result? Children with attention-related issues are
able to hear and understand more, allowing them
to engage more fully with learning and with life.
But this focusing isn’t always easy, especially for
children affected by autism spectrum disorder
(ASD), auditory processing disorder (APD) or
Roger Focus is a discreet and highly comfortable behind-the-ear Roger receiver. It features a
slim tube, a volume control, and uses a 312 battery. The perfect companion for active explorers,
it is also resistant to water, sweat and dust.
