JUDGMENTS
In the General Court of
Justice, Superior Court Division, with the Honorable Mark
E. Powell presiding, the following was reported in February.
» Walter Lamar Chambers Jr.
CHC is
nonprofit
of month
The
Community
Housing Coalition of
Madison County (CHC)
is the March nonprofit of
the month at Blue Mountain Pizza. Located library on Main Street in
Blue
Weaverville,
Mountain Pizza is owned
by Matt Danford. This is
the fourth year that CHC
has been selected.
During March, there
are two ways CHC will
benefit:
1. Donations in the
plexiglass box on the
counter will be matched
dollar for dollar up to
$500.
2. On the third Thursday, March 17 (St. Patrick’s Day), 10% of the
receipts for the entire
day will go to CHC.
Thursdays are big family nights where there is
a cheap spaghetti dinner. You can also pick up
a pizza to go, try one of
their take-and-bakes, or
buy some of their great
dough if you're the DIY
type. The third Thursday receipts will be high,
especially if each CHC
invites
supporter
friends, family, church
members to eat at Blue
Mountain Pizza.
