Enter and View
Our Enter and View Schedule is well under way now, after
starting in September. Our focus is on the Care Homes in the
local area. We are looking at those with varied ratings from their
most recent CQC inspections. We have begun our visits this
week and will run throughout the remainder of the year until
December. After all the information is collated, we will publish a
report with our recommendations for things such as best
practice.
Targeted Engagement
We are focussing our engagement on the seldom heard and
young people around Luton. We have been visiting local places
to gather our feedback. Our current schedule includes TOKKO,
Noah and Youthscape. There has been a lot of people willing to
speak with us and share their views on the providers they use,
for both medical reasons, such as doctors and dentists, as well
as the places the visit, like TOKKO and the Noah Welfare Centre.
If you would like to leave us any feedback, please visit our website: www.healthwatchluton.co.uk
