Notes of Gratitude
We are amazed by the generosity of the SMCNS families and staff. And we would like to thank each
and every person who has contributed to the Auction. Especially, those families who donated more than
one item and went above and beyond the call of duty. We would also like to acknowledge those
individuals who have given freely and graciously, and helped as needed. We would like to first thank
Paula Dapsauski who not only took on two complete tasks of catalog and ticket sales, but also acted as
our third in command filling in every gap as needed. We would like to thank Santiago Lombeyda for his
creative efforts with graphic design. A special thanks to Kim Lee for taking the lead with Family
Procurement and Rochelle Siegrist for taking care of our Business Procurement for Monrovia. Thanks to
Susan Rangel and Megan Hamilton for accepting Decorations and Item Display. We felt worry-free
knowing that you two were on the job! Thanks to Rebecca Nuckles for agreeing to help with Ad Sales
and Danielle Carpenter with Live Auction Presentation. Thank you to the Meyer family for not only
housing all of the items prior to the event, but for also helping move items from school and back. Of
course, we must thank the Ellis’ for handling the refreshments and bar without hesitation. Thanks to
Mary Jo Prince for accepting Check In. We are so grateful! Additionally, a shout out to teacher Colleen
for assisting with the desserts, as well as, all the staff for handling the appetizers for the event.
Additionally, a very special thanks to Veroushka Wilson for handing our Check Out and Accounting.
Your willingness to help is amazing. A special thanks to those who made direct donations for supplies
used to organize the event, including the Gohrick family, the Totten family, and Teacher Myrna Kidd.
A tremendous thank you to our auctioneer, Jeff Moran of John Moran Auctioneers, for donating his
skills and time to make the evening special. The same goes for Luis Ayala, whose music and event skills
(not to mention, equipment) we could not do without. Thank you so much!
Lastly, we would like to thank all the Board Members, and especially Beverly Slocum and Thais
