ADDENDUM NO. 2
Question and Answers 

Is there a specific DBE goal for this project? No, there is no goal.
Can you specify the available budget for this project? This is an RFQ process. The budget for the project management services will be negotiated after the most qualified firms have been ranked. We will budget the support based on the scope, schedule and budget that comes out of the process once we negotiate with the most qualified proposer.

The last sentence of third paragraph of the Project Background statement on page 14 of the RFQ trails off without a full stop. It states: “The integration of these projects is integral to the success…” Is this the end of the sentence, or is there another portion of the sentence that was inadvertently deleted? The missing words are “of the implementation of the mobility management information system in the region.”

Has the project Steering Committee been defined at this time? The steering committee will be made up of members of the valleyconnect Provider Advisory Group. While we recognize this aspect will be fleshed out as part of Task 3, we anticipate VRT has a sense of which agencies and organizations are considered the primary partners for this effort. Can you elaborate on who your current partners are in this process? Treasure Valley Transit, Ada County Highway District Commuteride, and several human service agency transportation providers.
To what extent has your TIDP been documented as part of a formal systems engineering process? We have found several general materials relating to the TIDP in attachments to agendas for the Executive Board and Regional Coordinating Council, but these appear to be summarized materials from more detailed reports/plans. Please supply any related materials that might be available.

What software is used for fixed‐route services? Currently FleetNet, looking at RouteMatch

o Do you envision needing to develop integration points between RouteMatch and other systems? If yes, what are the other systems?
 Yes, annuciators, APCs, some form of public notification system, asset management system, GFI and possibly FleetNet o To what extent are your systems already integrated?
 At this time there is integration between FleetNet, GFI and Fuel Master.
 Plan on integrating all future technology purchases when practical. Our understanding of Task 7 is that it includes development of the scope of work for the Public Information Campaign, but not the work of carrying it out. Is this correct? Yes
o If we bring on a local public relations firm to advise us on the development of the Task 7 deliverable, will this preclude that firm from bidding on the subsequent work? Yes.
Do you have any expectations regarding on‐site staffing, especially during program implementation? We have expectations that whatever firm is selected will need to provide an approach to make the project successful. This would need to be addressed by the proposer. Space could be made available if that is the selected approach.
