Special Oktoberfest Happenings
Carnival Rides
On the far side of the Oktoberfest Grounds (behind the Pavilion) you will find a Carnival Area complete
with new rides and games for children and adults alike. The Carnival tradition started with the
Oktoberfest in Munich and we are pleased to make it part of our “Original Oktoberfest”. Be sure to visit
the Carnival while celebrating Oktoberfest with us!
$20.- Wrist Bands for Unlimited Rides on Saturdays & Sundays between 12 noon and 6:00 pm are
available for sale at the Ticket Booth in the Carnival area. The Wrist Band can be purchased each day and
used only on that day and during those hours of operations.
King Ludwig
Look for “King Ludwig of Bavaria” who will be on the Grounds. Walking around in his blue military
uniform, he is looking to wish you a great Oktoberfest.
Cookie the Clown
Are doing “Face Painting” and “Animal Balloons” in Front of the Clubhouse under the Runway Tent.

Souvenirs, T-Shirts, Hats & Pins, Steins, Glasses and a variety of other imported Souvenir Items that are
great for personal use or gifts are sold at the Ladies Auxiliary of the American German Club Booth
located between the Big Tent and the Pavilion
