With reference to above, following changes, relevant to tender, may please be noted and
complied with while submitting the offer:1. EVALUATION OF THE TENDER SHALL BE ON “ALL INCLUSIVE F.O.R SITE PRICE BASIS FOR TOTAL
QUANTITY” INSTEAD OF “NET OF CENVAT BASIS FOR TOTAL QUANTITY”. HOWEVER, THE SUCCESSFUL
BIDDER MUST HAVE TO SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL EXCISE INVOICE FOR BILLING PURPOSE.
2. NIT CLAUSE NO. 18 OF GCC (PART B) “CENVATABLE ED” STANDS DELETED.
3. ANNEXURE-H PERTAINING TO THE AFORESAID TENDER STANDS WITHDRAWN.
4. REVISED PART-E i.e. “PRICE SCHEDULE” WITH REVISED EVALUATION CRITERIA IS ISSUED, WHICH SHALL
SUPERSEDE THE EARLIER PRICE SCHEDULE. VENDOR TO QUOTE THEIR OFFER AS PER THE REVISED
PRICE SCHEDULE ONLY.
5. DUE DATE OF OFFER SUBMISSION AGAINST THE SUBJECT TENDER IS EXTENDED UP TO 24/03/14 (14:00
HRS.). TECHNO-COMMERCIAL BID SHALL BE OPENED ON 24/03/2014 AT 15:30 HOURS.
6. ‘NO DEVIATION CERTIFICATE’ IS ATTACHED. BIDDER TO SUBMIT THEIR OFFER ALONG WITH STAMPED &
SIGNED COPY OF THIS TCN & ‘NO DEVIATION CERTIFICATE’ AS PER ATTACHED FORMAT ONLY.
7. ALL OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS SHALL REMAIN UNCHANGED.
