extension cord only if it can be fully inserted into the cord’s socket. Never alter the plug in any way.

Strings can be run out of a standard outlet provided the overall electric power consumption does not exceed the
amperage the circuit is designed to handle. PLEASE CONSULT A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN IF YOU HAVE ANY
QUESTIONS.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK AND FIRE, DO NOT EXCEED THE MARKED LAMP HOLDER
WATTAGE OR CORD MAXIMUM WATTAGE. DO NOT ATTACH MORE THAN (3) CONSECUTIVE SETS OF
STRING LIGHTS TOGETHER AT ONE TIME. DO NOT CONNECT OR DISCONNECT WHEN WET.
TO AVOID POSSIBLE SHOCK OR INJURY DURING INSTALLATION OR REPLACEMENT, DO NOT PLUG THE
STRING LIGHTS INTO AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET UNTIL INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT IS COMPLETE.
