Guided simply by the desire to offer superlative products created by a chef, for chefs,
Laura’s Gourmet Granola was created by Le Cordon Bleu trained Executive Chef Laura
Slama. Chef Laura makes it a priority to create recipes for foodservice use to assist corporate
clients and smaller restaurants alike in expanding their menu offerings while keeping food
costs down. Interestingly, Laura’s Gourmet Granola can be “accused” of inspiring chefs to
push the “granola envelope” with new and exciting uses of our products.
Laura’s Gourmet Granola is vegetarian, dairy free*, seedless, trans‐fat free, soy free and
low in fat and sugar without sacrificing flavor. Each batch is hand produced and
packaged in our own dedicated facility in Arizona, with a commitment to the best
