fascism patterns.
Allied with Hitler to further his dominance of Italy and
possibly other countries called the “Pact of Steel”
His army was ineffective, but provided comfort for

He failed at most of his battles and was seen as no more
than a stepping stool to Hitler.
Forced a coup after the sicilian invasion and Hitler’s

The Italian kingdom was dismantled to favor a new
democracy.
Thousands of lives were destroyed to finally remove
fascism from Italian government.
The Italian government would see little improvement
until 1948 that stabilizes their politics, economy, and
social life.
