1. Remove the pedometer from the belt clip.
2. Pull plastic strip to activate battery in pedometer.

C Set up
Once battery is activated, the pedometer automatically
enters the setting mode.
TIP To enter manually at any time after that, press SET.
To toggle between different setting modes:
1. Press SET once to enter setting mode. SETUP
will be displayed.
Within each setting (Stride, Weight, Time, Alarm and
Beep tone), there are several items to set. To skip to the
next setting, press SET, or wait 3 seconds for the unit to
automatically move to the next item on the list.
To change values for each setting:
1. Press DISP
or MEM

D Replace batteries
The pedometer uses a CR2032 3V battery, which has
already been installed.
When
is displayed, battery power is low.
1. Remove the pedometer from the belt clip.
2. Open the battery compartment lid, located at the
back of the pedometer by removing the screw.
3. Insert the battery, matching the polarities with
the positive pole facing up.
4. Replace the lid by screwing it back into place.
After each battery change, remember to set up
the unit again (refer to Section C Set Up above)
NOTE The pedometer automatically moves to the next
setting within 3 seconds. If there is no input / change
made, the unit will use the default value.

Wait 3 seconds to move to next item.
Repeat steps 1-2 above for all items.
