A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF JEFFERSON HILLS,
COUNTY
OF
ALLEGHENY
PENNSYLVANIA,
GRANTING
AND
COMMONWEALTH
PRELIMINARY
AND
OF
FINAL
APPROVAL TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN KNOWN AS
SP -4- 2016, THOMAS JEFFERSON HIGH SCHOOL —LOOP ROAD
CONNECTION.
WHEREAS, Thomas Jefferson High School — Loop Road Connection (" the Plan") has
been submitted to the Borough of Jefferson Hills for preliminary and final land development plan
approval; and
WHERAS, the Plan revises the previously approved Thomas Jefferson High School Land
Development Plan to include a road entirely around the proposed High School to allow better
emergency access, but is otherwise identical.
WHEREAS, at its meeting held on November 22, 2016, the Planning Commission of the
Borough of Jefferson Hills recommended preliminary and final approval of the Plan to Borough
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the
Borough of Jefferson Hills that the Plan is hereby granted preliminary and final land development
plan approval subject to the following condition:
1.
That the recordation of the Plan shall be subject to verification that all review fees
for this submittal are paid in full from either the deposited escrow account or any
additional invoices sent to the applicant, unless the applicant has filed an appeal of
engineering
review
fees,
per
Section 503( 1)
of the Pennsylvania Municipalities
Planning Code.

Gentlemen:
I am pleased to inform you that at a meeting held on December 12, 2016, Borough Council granted
preliminary final approval to the above -captioned plan subject to a condition. The condition of the plan is
contained in Resolution No. 39- 2016, a copy of which is enclosed for your records.
Please note that since Borough Council attached a condition to this approval, you are required to accept or
reject the condition of the plan by giving written notice to the Borough within 30 days of December 12, 2016.
If you fail to give written notice to the Borough regarding acceptance or rejection of the condition within the
aforesaid 30 -day time period, the approval of Borough Council shall be automatically rescinded without
written notice to you. Accordingly, it is imperative that you provide your written acceptance or rejection of the
condition within the time frame indicated above.
