DOC NO: 300 PURPOSE To provide the employees of the District the opportunity to discuss job-related issues with any member of the management team. II. SCOPE This policy applies to all employees of the District. III. POLICY The members of the management staff are interested in you as a person and will be pleased to assist you in any way we can. Our doors are always open, and we welcome your suggestions. We recognize each of you as an individual who should be treated with consideration and understanding. We believe in fair treatment for each of you from your supervisors and coworkers. Please feel free to contact your supervisor at any time about any problems, questions or suggestions you might have concerning your work or you personally. If you feel that action has been taken against you, which is not in accordance with the statement in this manual, please see your supervisor, or any officer of this agency. We all work together.
