Instructions:
1. To run your Magic Square prize draw* promote the ‘sale’ of the magic squares to raise
valuable funds for Demelza.
2. To enter, pick a box, make a donation (£1 – each square needs to be the same value) and fill
out your name and telephone number in the magic square box. Telephone numbers will only
be used to notify the winner.
3. Announce the winner on the date you’ve mentioned on the poster. NB: If you plan to run your
prize draw over a longer period of time or ‘sell’ the squares at more than one venue, you will
need to purchase a local lottery license from your council.
4. *The person whose magic square number is chosen will win the amount chosen by you,
advertised on the front of your poster.
5. The rest of the monies raised will be donated to Demelza Hospice Care for Children.
6. Please send monies raised/make cheques payable to: Demelza Hospice Care for Children,
Demelza House, Rook Lane, Bobbing, Sittingbourne, Kent ME9 8DZ.
