DETERMINATION OF FEES
DETERMINATION NO. 65 OF 1994
Under Section 217A of the Motor Traffic Act 19361 REVOKE Determination No. 96 of
1993 dated 29 June 1993 and notified in the Australian Capital Territory Gazette No. S127 of
1 July 1993; and
I DETERMINE that the fees payable for the purposes of the Act shall be as set out in the
Schedule.
This instrument commences operation on 1 July 1994.
