Dear Kristine:
Welcome to Woodcreek Jr Timberwolves Stadium (The Den) and the 6 th game of the 2016
SAC season!
The games are scheduled October 1st, 2016 with all games starting at their regularly
scheduled time. The first weigh-in, for the Mitey Mite squads, is scheduled for 9:00
a.m. All other weigh-ins will be conducted during halftime of the previous game. The home
team will weigh in first, followed by the visiting team. Weigh-ins will occur at our equipment
shed far left of the home bleachers. Per the 2016 SAC Rule Book, we will be giving all
certified players 1 lb. of weight gain and the 3 lb. variance. There is a small warm up area
behind the home bleachers room the away team to practice after weigh-ins
Please make sure that you bring your cheer and football rosters to the press box at least ½
hour before each game. We will provide the announcers for the entire day. We have
auxiliary input to play halftime cheer music from any iPhone, android, or tablet.
10:00 am- Mighty Mites
12:00 pm- Jr. Pee Wees
2:00 pm- Pee Wees
4:00 pm- Jr. Midgets
6:00 pm- Midgets
The only beverage that is allowed on our field is water, which we will provide. You only
need to provide your own bottles. NO soda, Gatorade, or any other sports drinks are
allowed on the playing field as well as sunflower seeds. There is also no outside food
allowed in the stadium. We will have a full snack bar for your families to enjoy. Please
inform your parents that personal Ice Chests and Snacks will NOT be allowed into the
stadium.
Please keep the sidelines and stands clear of trash. Receptacles will be provided for your
use. It will be really helpful if you police your people throughout the day so the Midget
parents don’t have to pick up after everyone else.
Our admission fees at the gate are $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children and
seniors. Only authorized badge holding personnel are admitted free. Football Players and
Cheerleaders must be wearing their game jerseys or shells to be admitted free.

Parents are encouraged to bring stadium chairs and pop ups for shade on the visitor
bleachers.
