What does “Trusted Device” mean?
If you don’t want to answer a security question every time you sign in to your Employer website, you can
mark your computer/browser as “trusted.” With trusted computers/browsers, you typically don’t need to
enter as many levels of verification when you sign in.
Adding trusted computers and devices
You can add your computer to the trusted list at any time. When the second step of verification displays
during Sign In, you’ll be able to indicate (Yes/No) that you’d like to trust the computer/browser you’re
using.
Note: If you use different browsers on the same computer, each browser is considered a separate device.
You may indicate several devices as trusted.
If you receive the Security screen after checking “This is a computer
that I trust” box
You might be asked to verify your security image and phrase and answer security questions multiple
times despite having checked the box next to "This is a computer that I trust" at Sign In. This usually
happens when your browser:

doesn’t have cookies enabled

is set to delete cookies after a certain period of time

is set to delete cookies every time you quit the browser
Access your browser’s Help section to determine how to edit your cookie settings.
Employer Website Cookies: As a security feature, the Employer website’s cookies are automatically
deleted every 30 days. After the automatic deletion of the cookies, you’ll have the opportunity to indicate
your device as trusted again when you next sign in to your account.
