application/proceeding” are selected.Then, first of all, Choose both
portions “I certify that I….” and “New application/proceeding…” When
you choose the two portions, the screen will change to such a large
size. It seems that this is the basic of transmission screen for new
application in USPTO. Choice will be made from “continue” at the
bottom.

numerical values of 8-digit and ４-digit herein. And, press “Continue”
at the bottom. The screen after pressing will begin from next to next.
From below, see “Files to be Submitted” on the left side of the last
line. Select the file from here and upload it. As easily imagined, the file
will be in pdf format. Also, if drawings contain letter information, they
often turn to error. Attention is needed in creation in advance. Poor
preparation may be the cause of payment of too much money to local
