Salted Nut Roll Bars
Ingredients:
Directions:
4 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 (12 ounce) package peanut butter chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (10 ounce) package miniature
marshmallows
1 (16 ounce) jar of dry roasted
peanuts, divided
1. Combine butter, peanut butter and chips in a medium sauce pan and
heat until ingredients have melted together. Stir as they are melting
to combine evenly.
2. Remove from heat and add sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well
blended. Then add miniature marshmallows into mixture and stir.
3. Divide jar of roasted peanuts into thirds. Evenly spread 1/3 on bottom
of baking pan. Stir 1/3 into peanut butter mixture.
4. Spread mixture on top of peanuts in the bottom of baking pan.
Carefully press mixture into pan.
5. Sprinkle remaining peanuts on top, distributing evenly. Press peanuts
into mixture so they stick.
6. Place into refrigerator to set. To serve, cut into bars. Enjoy!
