1. Remove sausage from casing and sauté in a large
skillet over medium heat, stirring until the sausage
crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain well.

1 ½ tsp.

Cheddar cheese, shredded
into a lightly greased 13x9” baking dish.

4. Whisk together eggs, milk, and remaining 1 tsp. salt.
