just ten working days after meeting and
reviewing your custom plan, Johnson Homes
can provide you with an estimated cost. There are unlimited options
that will make your custom built house a home, and we will work with you throughout
the sometimes overwhelming decision making process. The process of a Custom Build is similar to that of the
Portfolio Home, however timeline and schedule of completion depends on design complexity and location.

You know you want to own a new home, one built specifically to your requirements, but you have no idea
where to begin. Begin with Johnson Homes. Because we are a full-service builder, we can guide you from
concept to creation. We’ll start by introducing you to our draftsman, who has over 30 years of experience.
Since we have expertise and longevity in the business, we’re able to offer value-added services such as; how many
bedrooms you should add to increase future resale value and the perfect location to build if you are raising a
family. Once you finalize the design, the process is very much like that of a Portfolio Home, however timeline
