Dress Rehearsal is Wednesday, Feb. 1 after carline. The talent show will be Friday,

We will be offering two sessions of Lego Robotics this semester. February 6th 27th for the 1st session and March 6th - April 3rd for the next session. That allows
one week for Spring Break. More information to come on signing up.
Save the Date! College Daze Trivia Night is Friday, February 3rd - Doors open at
6:30 pm and trivia begins at 7:00 pm in the Immaculate Conception School gym.
Come for a night of trivia fun, college games, and raffle prizes. There will be awards
for the biggest winner, biggest loser, and the most creative themed table. Tickets
(tables and individuals) are on sale through Mary Conroy in the school office. Cost is
$20 per person or $200 per table, 10 to a table. Sponsorship opportunities available.

adults only event. BYO food & drink! We are looking for photos of you and other
Immaculate Conception School parents from your college days or young 20s. You
can send photos and names of your Alma Mater electronically to Tracie Ahrens at
[email protected]. Hardcopies can be sent to Tracie through the school office.
Please label with child’s name & grade, so photos can be returned.

Please mark your calendar for Emerald Evening 23: Emerald Masquerade,
Springfield Catholic Schools’ signature gala, on Saturday, March 25, 2017
at the University Plaza Hotel Convention Center. This gala raises funds to
support the endowment for teachers’ salaries and provides new and updated
technology items, from computers to teaching materials, for our students.

being a sponsor or auction donor for Emerald Evening 23!
We will be offering Girls on the Run for I.C. girls in 3rd-6th grades. Spring program
dates are Feb 27 – May 11, 2017. We meet for 75 minutes, twice a week for the 10
week period. GOTR will start at either 3:30 or 3:45, depending on volunteer coach
availability. Last spring I.C. held practice on Monday and Wednesday but we could
opt for Tuesday/Thursday if that works better for volunteers. Please call the school
office if you are interested in volunteering.
** 5 x 7 Class group pictures are available in the office for $1 each **
**Attention**
Church doors are locked during mass, so if you arrive after 8:30 you will need to enter
through the school. If you leave mass early, please make sure the church door closes
tightly behind you. Thank You!
8:30 School Mass Schedule:
Monday 4th, 5th & 6th grade, Tuesday –
1st, 2nd & 3rd grade, Wednesday – 7th &
8th and Friday is an All School Mass.

Lunch schedule:
3rd grade: 11-11:20; 4th grade: 11:0511:25; Kindergarten: 11:10-11:30;
daycare: 11:20 in their classroom; 2nd
grade: 11:32-11:52; 1st grade: 11:3611:56; 5th grade: 11:55-12:15; 6th
grade:12:00 – 12:20; 8th grade: 12:2512:45 and 7th grade: 12:30-12:50.
Lunches are $2.75 and include milk.
Water and Juice are available for $.50.
