Function
You will participate to our Corporate Graduate Program which will start in autumn 2016 and will
give you the opportunity to gain insight into our main business processes by rotating in various
divisions and departments. This allows you to have a full picture and an end-to-end view of our
business. During 18 months you will be guided by a mentor as well as by a tutor and various
teachers to ensure that you will get the relevant knowledge in a most professional way. In
addition to the on-the-job activities and rotations, the program also includes some education
modules. After the program you will start with the target position as Line Manager and you will
handle the following tasks:






Overall responsibility for the designated area,
Responsibility for Planning, Execution and Monitoring of operational services
Definition of annual budget and responsibility for profit and loss
Creation of concepts and documentation as well as finding solutions
Continuous improvement of all services with regard to quality and efficiency
Lead, management and development of the team members to ensure their personal and
professional growth (recruitment, objective setting, evaluation, coaching, development etc.)
 Coordination and collaboration with other areas and various internal stakeholders
 Participation in projects within the area as well as supporting across the division
Qualifications
 Master Degree from a leading university preferably in Business Administration/Economics with
excellent grades (with distinction)
 Interesting extra-curricular activities and international experience
 Fluency in English and at least one Swiss national languages, any other Swiss language is
considered a plus
 Strong analytical skills and end-to-end view as well as strategic thinking
 Entrepreneurship, persistence, striving for new challenges and passion for a challenging and
fast career
 Strong result orientation and stress resistance
 Flexibility and openness for changes
 Negotiation, communication and presentation skills
 Problem solving abilities as well as leadership capabilities
 Teamwork and ability to share knowledge and develop others
