Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez split up. Still,

big difference in age3 became a problem. Since
2012, Kutcher has been in a relationship with
the actress Mila Kunis (33), whom he married
in 2015. Their first child, daughter Wyatt, was
born in September 2014 and a second child, a
baby boy, is on its way.

Giving relationship advice – language support
There are many different ways of giving relationship advice. You can use imperatives
to give advice. Be careful: After some verbs you use -ing, for example after to stop
and to start.
• Spend time with your partner!
• Be flexible!
• Start seeing your friends more often!
• Stop being so jealous!
There are also other ways to give advice. Here are some examples. Pay attention to
the constructions that are used after the verbs:
• You should spend a lot of time with your partner.
• Why don’t you tell him/her that you love him/her?
• How about going on holiday with your partner?
