The following chart shows an overview of the modules, followed by the details below: The main change is the disappearance of the WIP and WIP+ modules as they were known previously, without losing the functionality or power; on the contrary, this modification eases the implementation in all scenarios. The structure is now as follows: 1. The CORE BPM module is mandatory and includes BPM Processes, Intranet/Extranet, Data Management and Analysis, Document Management and Connectivity for all kinds of devices, external applications and databases. The other modules are optional. Besides the CORE BPM module which is always present, the ONLINE COMMERCE module cannot function without the presence of the CONTENT MANAGEMENT module. The other modules are all independent. AURAPORTAL HELIUM - MODULES Page 2 of 5 2. When a module is purchased, its functionality will automatically be available to any user with a license, whether an Employee, External or Guest User. This is the case in all the modules except for the WORKFLOW EXTRANET module which only applies to External and Guest Users and the ADVANCED FORMS FOR GUEST USERS module which only applies to Guest Users. The Employees always have access to the functions of these two modules without requiring any additional modules. A special feature of the CONTENT MANAGEMENT module is that it can also be used by any anonymous visitor, i.e., no license is required. The functionality of the modules varies depending on the Nature of each User or Portal they are applied to. The main differences are explained in the table at the end of this document. 3. The AuraPortal licensing involves purchasing the required number of Users for each Nature, whether Named or Concurrent licenses. This is the case for all three of the User Natures: Employee, External or Guest. It is also possible to purchase licenses for unlimited users for each of the three Natures. 4. The functionalities previously provided by the WIP+ Complement are now available in the following two modules: 4.1. WORKFLOW EXTRANET. This allows External User Tasks to be linked with Guest User Tasks, i.e., tasks can be sent between External and Guest Users without requiring an Intermediary Employee. - If the WORKFLOW EXTRANET module is not available, the following controls will be activated to prevent this: External and Guest User Tasks or Start (IM) / Intermediate (EM) Events cannot be linked unless there is at least one TP terminated manually by an Employee between them. There must be at least one TP terminated manually by an Employee between Start (IM) / Intermediate (EM) Events activated by Web Services or Process Deviations and an External or Guest User Task. - With the WORKFLOW EXTRANET, External and Guest Users can select Personal Roles from their Tasks in the Processes, even if the Personal Role is being used as the Performer of another Process Task. Without the WORKFLOW EXTRANET, only Employees can make this selection. 4.2. ADVANCED FORMS FOR GUEST USERS. With this module Guest Users can edit Relation and Prefix fields in forms, in the same way that Employees and External Users can. Without the ADVANCED FORMS FOR GUEST USERS module, the Guest Users with see these fields in Read mode, i.e., they will see the value of the field but they will not be able to modify it or chose another element. 5. The other functionalities provided by the WIP+ with regard to the Guest User logins are now available without any specific module. These functionalities are: 5.1. Protection against unauthorized login attempts. When a Guest User exceeds the number of indicated attempts, the following message will appear for the duration of the determined lockout time: The number of login attempts has been exceeded. User temporarily blocked. 5.2. Logout Button. Guest Users have a button for logging out manually without having to wait for the automatic downtime. The functionalities available to each AuraPortal User Nature are designed according to the different levels of relationship the users have with AuraPortal. For example, the External and Guest Users are designed for people external to the company and not for Employees. Given the comparative lack of features, it is not authorized for External or Guest User licenses to be used by Employees. AURA will not be held responsible for any damages or inconveniences that may arise as a consequence of Employees using External or Guest User licenses, as at any moment they may become blocked from the system or lose information without prior warning. Furthermore, the offender risks being faced with significant legal consequences. AURAPORTAL HELIUM - MODULES Page 5 of 5
