Startup / Mobilization advance for projects under
Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF)
1-
This refers to your letter No. NB.SPD/----IRIDF- ---- (Bihar)/ -- PSC/
dated
on the captioned subject conveying the sanction of Rs. -------- lakh
to the Government of Bihar of project named
----- to be implemented by Water Resources Department. We have herein
attached with the acceptance of the terms and conditions of sanction of the above
projects stipulated in the above sanction letter by returning the duplicated copy of the
sanction letter duly signed. We understand that RIDF also provides for mobilization
advance for initiating / starting up the works relating to the project implementation, on
acceptance of the terms and conditions of sanction.

The State Government is in urgent need of the funds for starting the work/ purchasing
materials / equipments etc. for the above projects. We hereby by apply for release of
Rs.
lakh as advance against the above mentioned projects. We have
furnished the necessary information in the enclosed Annexure.
In this connection, we certiff that the amount thus received would be utilized as per
terms and conditions of sanction and for the pafticular projects for which the advance is
applied for.
We agree to repay the aforesaid amount and interest and other charges accruingl due
thereon at such rate of interest and as per the repayment schedules that may be
prescribed by NABARD while releasing the loan amount/ revised by NABARD form time
to time.
We also agree to adjust the aforesaid amount from future drawals of the said project.
We also agree to refund the amount in case the project is not implemented for any
reason unless NABARD agrees to adjust this amount in the account of some other
sanctioned projects.
