This exciting entry-level position puts the successful candidate on an advancement track
governed solely by the ability to produce results. After a successful tenure a candidate
could grow into a Regional Sales Management or Business Development position. Each
step along the way provides an opportunity for personal development and increased

This role offers hands-on sales training, technology training, and strong executive
mentorship in addition to an attractive compensation package, including base salary,
performance based commissions, and a benefits program with a corporate 401K
matching program.
Overall Purpose of the position:
To manage developing accounts for the KORE account management team, including
complete lifecycle management, to increase revenue and retain customer accounts. This
role will represent the company professionally, leading to the closure of new business
from new and existing accounts, and managing that business for maximum growth and
profitability in the defined regional territory.
Responsibilities:
 Establish KORE Telematics as the leading M2M network service provider
 Define and grow the business in the defined territory
 Manage a set of strategic customer accounts, helping them throughout their life
cycle and assist in growing their business to increase subsequent device
activations on the KORE Network
 Support customers during test and development cycle to optimize their wireless
applications for use on the KORE digital network, coordinated with operations
personnel
 Develop new and existing customers into major KORE accounts
 Ensure that customer’s technical and commercial requirements are fully
understood and communicated internally
 Identify and qualify new prospects from referrals and other lead sources
 Convert prospects to KORE customers through a consultative selling process
 Develop and execute a sales plan to maximize sales penetration for all KORE
service offerings
 Create and present business proposals to both current customers seeking to
expand their partnership with KORE and prospective KORE customers
 Prepare and complete necessary contract documents for long-term service
delivery
 Meet specific sales targets as defined by revenue, subscriber-gains, and overall
customer satisfaction
 Maintain and communicate sales forecasts with a monthly, quarterly, and annual
perspective
 Utilize Salesforce.com to reflect territory account activity and sales forecasts
 Develop and maintain effective relationships in the KORE Sales Team
 Understand the market position held by KORE and execute on a strategy that
works to set KORE apart in the competitive landscape
Qualifications
 Business Administration or Management Degree Required
 Attractive candidates possess an understanding of the wireless communications
and internet services marketplace, including IP-based, SS7-based, or satellitebased communications services
 Familiarity with GPRS/GSM, CDMA, and SMS messaging is highly desirable
 Experience in the sale of value-added services or solution integration is a plus
through a co-op or part-time work endeavor
 Excellent command of English, oral and written

Personality
It is expected that the role will require a great deal of customer engagement from the
Atlanta office and telephone and tele-presence skills are a key component of the
account management role. A successful Account Manager will feel comfortable
addressing multiple levels of a current account or prospect’s organization. Excellent
prospecting and communication skills are essential
