If you love building with LEGO® bricks, show off your models at The Harley Gallery this winter!
In celebration of our exhibition Brick City, 17 October – 10 January, the Gallery want to find local LEGO®
brick master builders. Brick City is an exhibition of some of the world’s favourite buildings recreated in
LEGO® bricks by Warren Elsmore.
The Gallery is looking for models from builders of all ages and backgrounds, and wants to celebrate the
amazing creativity and ingenuity that model building inspires.
Models will be exhibited in the Gallery alongside Brick City. The “best build in show”, selected by Warren
Elsmore and his team, will win a £150 gift voucher to spend at The Harley Shop – the winner will be able to
choose from lots of brick themed goodies, contemporary craft and gorgeous gifts.

HOW TO ENTER
CRITERIA
Entry is FREE
Entry is open to all builders of any age
Entries must be built using LEGO® bricks
Entries can be creations of the builder’s imagination or kit built
Entries can be no larger than 1m at its longest side
Entries must be delivered in person to The Harley Gallery
PRIZE
A prize for “best build in show” will be selected by Warren Elsmore and his team.
The prize is a £150 Harley Shop voucher

SUBMITTING YOUR MODEL
Your model must be delivered in person to the Harley Gallery in an unsealed box. We cannot accept or return
postal deliveries. Builders must complete a submission form and deliver it with their models. On submission
builders will be issued a receipt which should be kept safe. Builders must sign clearly, or attach a sticker to the
bottom of their models with their name title of work and contact details. Delivery of the models is between
Monday 28th September – Sunday 4th October only. We cannot accept models before or after these dates.
COLLECTING YOUR MODEL
Your model must be collected in person from the Harley Gallery. The receipt must be presented to Gallery
staff to claim the model back. Collection is between Monday 11th January – Sunday 17th January only. If
models are not collected by this date they will be moved offsite to our storage unit. Collection after Sunday
17th must be prior by arrangement. Staff do not have daily access to the storage unit and cannot
return models unless this has been agreed by phone beforehand.

We will only accept entries delivered to The Harley Gallery in person

Builders must bring a completed entry form with them
MODELS
One model per builder only
All models must have the builder’s name, contact details and title of model clearly and securely
displayed on the reverse/underside. These details should not be visible when model is displayed.
All models must be securely packed in an unsealed box
DAMAGE
Models are submitted at the builders own risk, we cannot accept liability for any damage.
We endeavour to take the greatest care with each model and ensure it is stored and
displayed according to the highest standards
DISPLAY
OF MODELS
The exhibition space is limited. The Harley Gallery will endeavour to display all models
however reserves the right to exclude models from display if there is not enough space to exhibit
them all.
COLLECTION
Builders must collect models by the dates shown. If not collected by these dates, models will be
moved to offsite storage. Collection after the end date will only be permitted by prior arrangement
with the Gallery. Models not collected after one month will be considered unwanted,
deconstructed and the bricks donated to charity.
PHOTOGRAPHY
The Harley Gallery may photograph models for publicity purposes including our website, social
media feeds and local press. By submitting your model you are agreeing to this term.
