TQ Instruction TM What is Trust Quotient ? Trust Quotient (tQ) is an assessment about the level of your trust towards yourself, your team, and your organization and to let you know your strengths and weaknesses about building trust with others. The assessment consists of thirty-three (33) questions, which gathering feedbacks from yourself, your supervisor, and others (co-workers/colleagues). The result will be most accurate if the assessors are those who work with you closely and are ready to give their opinions candidly. Remark: The following sets numbers of assessors will be valid if: 1/1/3/3 Participant has assessors for all roles. 1/1/3/0 Participant has no ‚other‛ people to do the assessment. The ‚other‛ role can remain ‚0‛. 1/1/0/3 Participant has less than 3 Direct Reports. Participant must inform his/her Direct Reports to select ‚other‛ role instead. The ‚direct report‛ role can remain ‚0‛. * Number 1/1/3/3 referring to the numbers of assessors respectively:Self/Boss/Direct Report (at least 3 people)/other (at least 3 people) Process 1. Go to http://assessments.franklincovey.com and choose the language for your assessment. Remark: Your assessment and your invitation email (to be sent out to others) will be in the language you chose in this step. Web Page 1 2. Click the ‚Create Your Account‛ button. 2 *If you have done other assessments on this website before (LQ or 7H Benchmark), you can use your email address and password in ‚Already Registered‛ box and do not have to ‚Create Your Account‛ again. 3. Fill in your personal information, - Create password by yourself, which contain at least 6 alphabets. - Choose your security question and answer in case password is forgotten. - Tick ‚I accept‛ before clicking ‚Create Your Account‛ 3 Remark: If you or your assessors are going to answer the survey in Thai, please select ‚Thai‛ in the ‚Report Language Preference‛ (English report will not be able to show Thai language) * It is possible to come back and change your ‘Report Language Preference’ later, if necessary. You can click ‘Edit Profile’ to access this page. Copy the Workshop Registration Code that you received from PacRim via email and paste it in ‚Workshop Registration Code‛ box and click ‚Register‛. Read and follow the instruction on this page. 6 7. Input your organization's name in the box provided and click on the Update Organization button. 8. Click on ‚Email Text‛ button. (If you don’t update organization, you will not be able to click ‚Email Text‛.) 9. Copy the text in pop-up window, including the web address, and paste it into an email. Send it to; - Boss (Direct Manager) – 1 people - Direct Report/Subordinate - at least 3 people. If you don’t have enough Direct Reports, send the email to at least 3 people who can be classified under ‚other‛. - Others are persons who you work closely enough with to accurately assess your leadership abilities e.g. Peer/Colleague. – at least 3 people Input your organization’s name 7 8 9 When your assessors click this link, the assessment’s window will pop up. (Please see the picture at the end of this document) 10. Click the ‚take self survey‛ button to take the "Self" survey. 11. When you completed the assessment, you will see a ‘Thank You’ message. 12 *The completed assessment cannot be modified. 11 12. Monitor how many people have filled out the Questionnaire on your behalf. Only categories that meet the minimum, and have changed to green, will be included in your report. **Please check the number of your assessors if they meet the minimum before printing the report 10 © 2011 PacRim Group & FranklinCovey All rights reserved. Page 2 of 3 Process Web Page 13. You can print the report on the day you received a notification email from PacRim by clicking ‚View & Print tQ Report‛ and bring the report to the workshop. (The report is a PDF file.) Note: After you click ‚Print Report‛, the system will reset the number of assessors according to the Privacy Policy. Before printing the report, please check that your computer has Adobe Reader or other programs that can open PDF file. Therefore, if there are new assessors doing the assessment after you printed the report, the updated data will not show until the number of the assessors meets the minimum again. 13 Example Assessment (No. 9) 1) Your assessor will choose the language and click ‘Start the Questionnaire’. 2) Your assessor will choose his/her role (Boss, Direct Report, or Others) and click ‘Continue’. 3) Start doing the assessment. 4) Your assessor will see a ‘Thank you’ message after the assessment has been completed.
