a. Familyliteracy,parentoutreach,andtrainingactivitiesdesignedtoassistparentstobecomeactive
participantsintheeducationoftheirchildren;
b. Supportforpersonnel,includingteacheraideswhohavebeenspecificallytrained,orarebeingtrained,to

c. Provisionoftutorials,mentoring,andacademicorcareercounselingforimmigrantchildrenandyouth;
