1. Using the pattern, cut out 2 congruent circles. Cut a radius in each circle as per the diagram. 2. Slide the circles together using the cut openings 3. Rotate the two circles to show fractions, decimals and percents. For example, = 0.25 = 25%. Al Mendle, 11-09
