LABOR DAY WEEKEND
This year we plan a Friday start. Spend
the first night in Port Washington. Day 2
is to Sheboygan. Day 3 is to Sturgeon Bay.
Then on Monday morning the short ride
to Menomonee . Many of us spend the
next 2 nights at Alibi Dock in Fish Creek
and after that we head to many other
interesting points of interest.
Final cruise and party of the year to
Winthrop Harbor. This has been our
biggest cruise of the season and the music
and food is always great for this fun filled
weekend.

Cruising north after the party in Sturgeon Bay
This year the Racine Yacht Club is proud to offer all club members
and friends the opportunity to participate in sail and power boat
cruising. With your help we will make this the biggest and best year
yet for cruising. The Cruising Fleet provides members a chance to
explore the waters of the Great Lakes in the company of boaters
with
i a broad spectrum off experience.

For the veteran cruiser,

there
is the opportunity to hook up with others who are looking to expand
horizons to any port on the Great Lakes. For those new to cruising,
we plan shorter trips during the season that many veterans sign on
for as well. This is an excellent opportunity to do some cruising in
the company of others.
others We stay in radio contact during the trip,
trip so a
close watch can be kept on all vessels. After making port, a group
party and dinner is the order of the evening. It is a great way to get
to know people around the club and help those new to Cruising get
started. For those who can’t make the cruise by water all parties are
open to those who decide to cruise by car.
